Jun 2022 - Training Log

Been 2.5 months with the weight training now. Time to have a training log of sort apart from the run and heart rate monitoring on Excel.

Tried to lift off into a planche. FAILED
1 x 40 'forward' pushups...     3 x 20 + 1 x 30 💎PushUps
Cycle around estate looking for Pull-Up Bars
Found an old school type bar where I can start training muscle ups...
Tested out on it... 4 proper pull ups. Probably can do more. At least already better than 2 months ago.

Total 190 by 5:45pm...

Total around 100 push ups. Went for usual 6k run + a 1.7km wind down lap

Went to pull up and dip bars... 30 mins practicing various muscle up mini steps moves to get a hang of things. My cores is weak. Period.
Came back hit the triceps...  feeling the BURN. Relentless continuous sets.. end with 3-4 more sets of pushups. Lost count how many
1hr 45min Workout Session-- one of the longest till date.

Early... 17:45 home after work. Biceps and Cores Day. Yes.. time to start hitting abs if I wanna do muscle ups soon...
19:06.. BUSTED... guns totally blown.. Didn't do core ex. But was squeezing midsection hard for almost an entire hour while hitting the biceps for good curling form.. Guess that counts.. Also hit on hammer curls seriously today... something I have not done in years. 
Finish up with 30 PU and 70 💎PU over 4 sets.
Today's workout music.. METALLICA. Last piece to the workout finale.. " An Unnamed Feeling"
Indeed... I dunno what the fk I was feeling in my arms by then.

Woke up.. arms busted from last 2 days..
Did some dips in office
Settled for usual 6km run. Stopped based on the usual section as GPS decided to do a total fkup this evening

10 x 1 rep of horizontal pull ups. Form was terrible but still a good explosive session
More dips
1 x 15 OZ pullups
Home... 1 x 40 PU and 3 x 20 💎PU

Finally got to doing a full back workout today
Fumbling a little as its been a long time and trying to remember the various exercises
Few sets of pull ups-- far from the standard envision.  But a good warmup nevertheless
More barbell rows and continuous dumbbell rows..
And compound dumbbell+ pushup rows.
End again with 💎PU  Approx 100 in total.
