2023Apr Training Reflections
Once again, strain injuries strike. This time at the left shoulder and left trap (upper). In retrospect, it's something that has built-up over time but AGAIN, I have ignored when it first started-- thinking that the recent reduced intensity hasn't been as damaging as last year's onset of elbow tendinitis. Pain and aches usually accompanies post exercise and early in the morning. 12 Apr- Had a MU coaching session with Han followed by what's a short but rather intense PT session. It was like a memory trip back to army days where we both hailed from the same camp. But in the zealousness of that morning I reckon the shoulder was a tad further aggravated. Started to slow down further after that and re-org to program the next few weeks with my new "fetish" One-Legged Training and also to use this "down-time" to focus more on abs.
